To support this program, maccomm developed a strategy to deliver virtual mentorship workshops to influencers and media that enabled attendees to tell their Lancôme Write Her Future story from their own experiences and perspectives. After the success of the influencer and media program, Lancôme and maccomm launched a consumer-facing virtual mentorship workshop called Mentoring Moments. The workshop was offered in both French and English. All workshops were successfully executed, meeting the brand’s objective to build significant buzz surrounding the philanthropic program. There were 245 workshop attendees, over 5M social impressions and 1M media impressions.
